This is a beta product. This summary explains our approach; it is not legal advice.

What we measure

We collect the data needed to deliver cognitive training: your account details, onboarding preferences, and task results (accuracy and reaction times). We do not collect biometric or neuro-signal data in this release.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We keep product data separate from marketing CRM data, and employer/organization admins do not receive private health details by default.

Your rights

You can request export, rectification, or deletion of your data from your account settings. We honor GDPR-style data-subject requests.

Security

We apply least-privilege access, tenant isolation with row-level security, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging for privileged actions.
